High-Visibility Opportunity | Director of HR (Division) | Global Manufacturing Organization | Dallas/Fort Worth
The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a leading global manufacturing organization to identify a Division Director of HR for a rapidly expanding business unit based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting a multi-site operation experiencing significant growth across North America. The Director of HR will serve as a strategic business partner to division leadership, aligning people strategies with operational goals while building scalable HR infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will play a critical role in shaping talent strategy, strengthening leadership capability, and driving organizational effectiveness across the division. You’ll lead and develop an HR team supporting multiple sites, ensuring consistency in execution while adapting to local operational needs.
Key Focus Areas:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR business partner to division leadership
- Lead HR support across multiple manufacturing sites, driving consistency and operational excellence
- Partner with operations to support workforce planning, productivity, and engagement
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability across the division
- Support organizational growth, change management, and integration initiatives
- Champion a strong, people-focused culture aligned with company values
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven success in multi-site HR leadership and business partnering
- Strong experience supporting operational leaders in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, influence senior stakeholders, and scale HR practices
- Experience building and developing high-performing HR teams
