We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Texas. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who can balance operational excellence with people-focused initiatives, helping drive a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR policies and organizational development
- Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
- Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
