Role Description
This part-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role is based in Chicago, IL. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a streamlined and engaging process for all team members. Additional responsibilities include managing compliance with employment laws, creating and updating company policies, and handling employee performance evaluations. - Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance standards
