Role Description
This part-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role is based in Chicago, IL. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a streamlined and engaging process for all team members. Additional responsibilities include managing compliance with employment laws, creating and updating company policies, and handling employee performance evaluations. The HR Manager will also play an active role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting professional development initiatives for the team.

- Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance standards
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Policy Development
- Experience managing Performance Evaluations and Employee Development Programs
- Proactive communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
