Human Resource Coordinator to support a fast-growing real estate organization in Chicago’s Fulton Market district. This
Human Resource Coordinator opportunity is a contract-to-hire role that plays a critical part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for hundreds of new employees each year. In this role you will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to manage high-volume onboarding while ensuring every new hire, from entry-level employees to VP-level leaders, feels welcomed and supported.

Human Resource Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle all new hires annually
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during onboarding
- Facilitate a professional and welcoming onboarding experience across multiple departments and locations
- Maintain employee records and ensure onboarding documentation is complete and compliant
- Utilize Dayforce to manage onboarding workflows and employee data
- Track HR metrics and reporting through Excel to maintain accurate employee data
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to coordinate onboarding timelines
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
Human Resource Coordinator Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR experience with hands-on onboarding coordination
- Experience supporting high-volume onboarding environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with employees across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience with HRIS platforms required
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting HR data
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
