Role Description
We are in the midst of a transition in our Human Resources team and are rebuilding by hiring two full-time, hybrid roles that will mirror each other, one based in Atlanta, GA, and a second in Nashville, TN. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions for their city Atlanta includes Charleston, SC), including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, compliance, and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include managing and auditing benefit programs, developing and implementing SOPs, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Experience with employee training, development programs, and performance management
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in managing employee benefits and compensation programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years experience in the hospitality or food service industry
- Working knowledge of ADP
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
