Primary Responsibilities:
- HR manager role with business partnership responsibilities across assigned client groups
- Will handle business partnership work with various departments and hiring managers
- Responsibilities include managing tasks ranging from high-level strategic projects to routine administrative work
- May handle diverse assignments including major projects and mundane tasks as assigned by leadership
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience
- Experience with both Oracle and Workday systems, ideal
- Some management experience required, ideally someone who has recently transitioned from a generalist role into a manager position
- Should have experience managing corporate clients and high-touch, high-demand client relationships
- Strong HR fundamentals and solid HR management capabilities needed
