Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Miami, FL. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies and policies, managing employee performance and engagement, coordinating staff development and training programs, and fostering a supportive work environment that aligns with the company’s goals. The role also involves ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational standards while acting as a strategic partner to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Expertise in training and development, organizational development, budgeting and employee relation strategies
- Proven ability to handle HR software and tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or relevant role in a corporate environment
