Job Title: VP of Human Resources
Overview:
Seeking an exceptional Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a strategic advisor to the founders and executive leadership team. This is a newly created role designed for a senior HR leader with deep experience scaling fashion or consumer brands and a strong point of view on organizational design and people strategy.
The VP of HR will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for building and scaling the company’s full people function in support of long-term enterprise value creation. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to design and evolve the organization for growth, guide complex transformations, and build the infrastructure, systems, and leadership capabilities required to scale across corporate and retail functions. The VP of HR will own the end-to-end talent agenda including organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, culture, succession planning, and compliance ensuring the company has the right people, structure, and operating rigor to deliver near-term results while positioning the business for sustained growth.
What You’ll Do
Org Strategy & Leadership Advisory
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the founders and executive leadership on organizational design, leadership structure, and long-term workforce planning
- Advise on operating model, including reporting structures, role clarity, and decision-making frameworks
- Guide leadership transition the company from centralized decision-making to empowered, accountable teams
- Support leadership in assessing talent as the organization evolves — identifying who can grow, where development is needed, and where new leadership should be introduced
- Partner with leadership as they evaluate and build future executive roles, ensuring the org structure supports sustainable growth both within the US and internationally
HR Business Partnership
- Serve as a senior HR Business Partner to executive leadership and department heads
- Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, team effectiveness, and change management
- Establish consistent leadership and management practices across the organization
People Operations & Execution - Oversee all HR functions end-to-end, including:
- Talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits strategy
- Learning and development
- Performance management
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Policies, procedures, and compliance
- Employment law and regulatory oversight
- HR analytics and reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Remain hands-on and execution-oriented in a lean environment while building scalable systems
Culture & Change Management
- Protect and evolve the brands culture as the company grows
- Translate values into clear behaviors and operating principles
- Lead thoughtful change management during periods of growth and transition
Who We’re Looking For
This role requires a
senior, business-minded HR leader who has navigated scale before and can operate as both strategist and operator.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proven experience scaling a fashion, accessories, or consumer brand through significant growth
- Deep experience partnering directly with founders in a founder-led organization
- Strong HRBP background with demonstrated impact at the executive level
- Expertise in organizational strategy, leadership development, and change management
- Experience leading HR in lean, fast-moving environments
- Fashion, accessories, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred

Salary $175,000-$250,000 + Bonus
