Role Summary: The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner, enhancing the organization by planning and implementing high-impact human resources policies and programs. This role balances operational excellence in payroll, benefits, and compliance with a forward-thinking approach to employee engagement and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Aligns HR programs with long-term company goals; evaluates organizational structure and updates job requirements to meet evolving business needs
- Total Rewards Management: Oversees competitive pay structures and benefit programs; conducts market surveys and manages pay budgets to ensure the organization remains an employer of choice
- Employee Relations & Culture: Acts as a primary lead for labor relations; conducts investigations, resolves conflicts, and fosters a high-engagement workplace culture
- Compliance & Risk: Ensures 100% legal compliance with federal and state requirements; maintains meticulous records and represents the organization in legal/regulatory hearings
- Talent Development: Manages the full lifecycle of HR staff – including recruitment, orientation, and continuous profession development
- Data & Systems: Leverages HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and People Analytics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 7+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity and 4 years focusing on Labor/Employee Relations
- Certifications: SPHR or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS; strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Soft Skills: Conflict resolution skills, ability to communicate complex policies clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven experience in People Analytics
- Bilingual in Korea and English preferred
Salary range: $80K~$100K
