Job Details
- Lead all HR functions for a commercial roofing contractor with office and field staff
- Own talent acquisition strategy across operations, sales, project management, and field labor
- Develop and enforce HR policies, compliance, and best practices (CA labor laws a must)
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, workforce development, and succession
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems
- Serve as the go-to HR leader for managers, supervisors, and field leadership
