We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to support our growing team in New York. If you have a strong background in HR within a SaaS or tech-driven environment and enjoy building processes that help teams thrive, this could be the perfect next step.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full HR function for our New York office, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership to support organisational growth and workforce planning
- Develop and refine HR policies, processes, and best practices as the company scales
- Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications
- Handle HR operations including benefits administration, HRIS updates, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and talent lifecycle management
- Familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Knowledge of New York employment regulations
