ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Human Resources Director to provide HR leadership across multiple skilled nursing facilities within an assigned region. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner closely with facility leadership and corporate teams to support employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring consistency with ALIYA Healthcare policies and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Administrators and department leaders across multiple ALIYA Healthcare facilities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, corrective action, investigations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.
- Support facilities during audits, surveys, and inspections related to HR compliance.
- Manage employee relations matters including complaints, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Support regional recruiting efforts and assist with workforce planning and onboarding.
- Partner with leadership on retention initiatives and staffing strategy.
- Support training initiatives focused on leadership development, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Coach leaders on effective management, communication, and employee engagement.
- Assist with performance review processes and succession planning.
- Oversee HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and HR reporting.
- Partner with payroll to resolve employee-related issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with multi-site or regional experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Experience conducting investigations and advising leadership on corrective action.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between ALIYA Healthcare facilities as needed.
