The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 in an HRBP role.

Must have healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational development, workforce planning, and team dynamics.
- Oversee performance management processes and coach managers through difficult conversations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address hostile work environment concerns.
- Support HR initiatives like onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly in areas related to workplace investigations and hostile work environments.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
