Lead HR Strategy Across a Growing Behavioral Health Region
Perimeter Healthcare is seeking an experienced
Regional Human Resources Director to lead and support HR operations across multiple behavioral health facilities within an assigned region. This senior HR leadership role partners closely with facility leaders and Corporate HR to drive organizational effectiveness, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations excellence.

🔹 What You Will Lead
Regional HR Leadership & Partnership
- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple facilities
- Supervise and coach facility HR leaders and local HR teams
- Partner with the Corporate SVP of Human Resources on regional and enterprise HR initiatives
- Reinforce performance standards and organizational expectations across sites
- Support managers with day-to-day HR guidance and complex employee relations matters
Compliance & HR Operations Oversight
- Ensure HR operations comply with state and federal labor regulations
- Lead audit readiness, file maintenance standards, and compliance training
- Interpret and explain company policies and employment practices
- Oversee onboarding, employment practices, and policy implementation
- Support acquisition integrations including orientation, benefits, and training alignment
Talent, Performance & Workforce Programs
- Drive execution of regional HR programs including:
- Talent Acquisition
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Open Enrollment
- Employment Practices
- Track recruiting and retention KPIs and recommend improvements
- Support and guide regional recruitment and retention strategies
- Help lead employer branding and recruiting outreach initiatives
Systems & Reporting
- Analyze HR reports and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure effective use of HRIS and timekeeping systems (UKG / UltiPro / Kronos)
- Monitor regional workforce metrics and program effectiveness
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7+ years progressive HR leadership experience
- Multi-site or multi-unit HR management experience required
- Experience supervising HR staff and professional teams
- Strong knowledge of employment law and labor regulations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (UKG, UltiPro, Kronos)
- SHRM or HRCI certification required
- Strong executive presence and leadership communication skills
