The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. This position is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. This position plays a key role in fostering positive employee experience and strengthening the organization’s talent pipeline to support long-term growth and success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops, implements, and evaluates sourcing strategies to attract top talent for a range of roles across the organization.
• Partners with senior leaders and hiring managers to proactively manage and assess workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure management and completion of all pre-recruitment documentation, including requisitions and job description approvals.
• Strategically oversees job advertising efforts across various job boards, career platforms, and social media channels, managing complex staffing needs.
• Develops and leads relationships with external recruitment partners, including agencies and sourcing vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals, service-level expectations, and candidate quality benchmarks.
• Directs the applicant screening process, ensuring consistent evaluation of candidates based on defined role criteria, and implementing improvements in sourcing effectiveness and candidate alignment. Manages and provides labor market insights, hiring trends, and pipeline analysis.
• Maintains knowledge of industry best practices, labor laws, and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
• Manages and optimizes end-to-end interview operations, including coordination and scheduling with hiring managers, development and oversight of efficient scheduling ensuring timely and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
•Oversee the administration of recruiting assessments, ensuring they are job-relevant, legally compliant, and supportive of objective hiring decisions.
•Manages the full pre-employment screening process, including background checks, review of screening outcomes, and delivery of pre-adverse/adverse action notices when applicable.
•Oversee candidate offer process, and reference check procedures, assisting leadership team with development of procedures in collaboration with HR and Operations.
•Leads the development and process and/or maintenance of all Company job descriptionst o ensure alignment with business needs and legal standards.
•Manages workforce planning and career development initiatives by partnering with Operational leaders to identify high-potential internal talent and create individualized growth plans to align development opportunities with organizational needs.
•Collects and analyzes compensation benchmarking data; annual delivery of data-driven insights and summary reports to senior leaders.
•Manage the onboarding process forCorporate Support new hires, including:
•Collaborate withOperations and share in the management of onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth transition into the company.
•Manage the offboarding process for resignations, terminations, and retirements:
-rsements, etc.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition required.
SOFTWARE:
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Extensive knowledge of HRIS systems. AllianceHCM experience is a plus.
HOURS:
Full time (40 hours per week).
Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
TRAVEL:
Must be able to work full-time and outside of regular corporate office hours when necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and meet operational requirements. Approximately 5% of local travel to worksites, meeting sites, and other locations as necessary.
