Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our growing, multi-franchise automotive dealership group. This leadership role will shape HR strategy, compliance, and culture while supporting business growth across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee training, performance management, and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and culture-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and dealership industry regulations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Drive HR operations, reporting, and process improvements across dealerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s/SHRM certification preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Automotive retail / dealership group experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-location, high-volume workforce.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.
