LHH is partnering with a growing service-oriented organization headquartered in the Greater Tampa Bay area to identify a collaborative Regional Human Resources Director who can lead with both strategy and heart.
This leadership role will oversee HR operations across multiple sites in Southeast Florida. The individual will work closely with senior executives and site leadership to strengthen HR infrastructure, ensure compliance, and champion a culture of accountability, engagement, and care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all core HR functions across multiple locations, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape people strategy and drive alignment across teams.
- Lead and develop a small HR team, providing mentorship, coaching, and oversight.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary matters with consistency and professionalism.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR documentation in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Oversee benefits administration in partnership with third-party providers.
- Support leadership teams with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and best practices across all sites.
- Provide hands-on support for training, licensure tracking, open enrollment, and team member experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site responsibility.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
Travel: Up to 30%, with occasional overnight travel to regional sites
Salary Range: $130,000–$140,000 annually
