Robert Half's HR Solutions team is partnered with a client in Atlanta looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead their people operations. This role balances the day-to-day HR responsibilities with the opportunity to shape long-term HR strategy as they scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily HR operations: onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
- Support performance management, training, and organizational development
- Lead recruitment and retention efforts
- Maintain and enhance company culture during growth
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Comfortable working both tactically and strategically
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
