We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead key people operations in a rapidly growing organization. This role is critical in shaping our workforce strategy and supporting business expansion through effective recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Drive strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business goals. Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer processes to ensure top talent acquisition.
- Performance Evaluation & Compensation
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures, benefits, and performance appraisal systems that support employee growth and retention.
- Employee Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture. Provide guidance on sensitive HR matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Business Structure & Growth Support
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational development. Must understand business operations and contribute to scalable HR systems that support rapid expansion.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers. Communicate clearly across departments and build strong partnerships to support company-wide initiatives.
Located in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. Fully on-site. Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00pm. Direct hire.
