About the Role:
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating HR operations, including recruiting, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and training and development. This role also provides strategic support and guidance to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
Identify organizational recruitment needs and execute effective hiring strategies. Responsibilities include drafting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. Ensure clear communication of role requirements to recruiting agents and deliver qualified candidates to the company.
Performance and Compensation:
Research, design, and implement competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and employee incentive programs that align with organizational goals and market standards.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace environment and strengthen company culture. Provide strategic guidance to the HR team, leadership, and staff on sensitive matters, including hiring, termination, and conflict resolution.
Compliance:
Administer and oversee key HR functions such as payroll, benefits, leave management, disciplinary procedures, and performance management. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regularly reviewing and updating policies to ensure legal alignment.
Training and Development:
Assess organizational training needs and develop competency-building programs. Establish systems that promote continuous learning, professional development, and career growth across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Over five years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of oil & gas, energy, or power industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Pay range and compensation package: 80K~150K plus health insurance, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401K and more.
