Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Director for a top client in Phoenix AZ! The HR Director must have 5+ years of experience, and will handle employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compensation. This is an in-office position, paying up to $120k-$130k per year plus bonus, located in North Phoenix and looking to hire immediately!
Responsibilities: - Serve as a key liaison to promote effective communication across diverse teams within the organization.
- Proactively address HR-related matters across all departments to support a unified and positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive business success.
- Champion and cultivate the company's core values and culture throughout all levels of the organization.
- Lead the execution of performance management processes, including evaluations, manager support, and performance improvement planning.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure organizational compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Job Requirements: - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adeptness in utilizing HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws with demonstrated application.
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative communicator with a knack for relationship building.
