HR Business Partner - Lewisville, TX - 100% onsite role
Our Client, a manufacturing company in the Lewisville area has a need to hire an HR Business Partner. This HRBP will partner daily with C suite, hiring managers, other leaders of the organization and employees regarding employee relations, employee engagement, talent development and succession planning. Below are details surrounding the position:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
- MUST have an HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
- A minimum of 7 years' experience as an HRBP or HR Manager required
- Experience working within a manufacturing or distribution is strongly desired
- Experience partnering with leaders, hiring managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, PIP plans, career pathing/succession planning, employee engagement, etc.
- MUST have experience partnering strategically with front line Managers, Directors and other executive staff.
- Workday experience is a huge plus!
