We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a dynamic organization in Irving, Texas, within the healthcare industry. This Contract-to-Ongoing position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to key HR functions such as onboarding, employee data management, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in HR operations while supporting both corporate and field teams.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with management and recruiters to update reporting structures and start dates in internal systems.
• Facilitate daily communication with managers to address onboarding issues and ensure a seamless process for new hires.
• Assist in the timely processing of employee information across various systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Department to verify employee compensation and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the completion and verification of I-9 forms, addressing any concerns about employment authorization promptly.
• Provide timely responses to HR and benefits-related inquiries from corporate and field employees.
• Conduct regular audits of employee profiles to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Organize and securely scan employee and contract files into designated folders.
• Proven experience in HR administration or coordination roles.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with managers, recruiters, and employees.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment verification requirements.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and tools for data management.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
