Summary:
The Operations Specialist will support both Assessment Build & Launch and Assessment Support functions, ensuring operational efficiency across the ITA Assessment Operations team.

The Assessment Operations Team supports in end to end implementation and subsequent support of Company’s suite of online assessments. The Assessment Operations specialist will own tactical assessment work as needed to support broader team projects and may lead small scale initiatives individually to implementation. This specialist will support in data retrieval/documentation processes as needed from the team, relying on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performing a variety of tasks, the specialist will works under general supervision; reporting to a team manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day operational tasks across assessment build and support functions
Support the testing and validation of assessment workflows
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assessment-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors
Support ticket management and resolution
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Assist in monitoring and reporting operational metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience with technical tools and systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
