Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager, you will provide full-spectrum HR support and leadership, including:
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
- Leading the recruitment and selection process alongside our corporate recruiter to bring in top-tier talent
- Interpreting and ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
- Managing performance, talent, and succession planning processes
- Designing and delivering impactful training and development programs
- Leading employee relations initiatives to support engagement and retention
- Overseeing compensation and benefits processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness
- Driving organizational development projects and change management initiatives
- Supporting and advising leadership with coaching, counseling, and decision-making strategies
- Championing a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, commercial or industrial service environment
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities and priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to build trusted relationships, resolve issues, and drive employee engagement
