Position Summary:
The HR Generalist is a strategic and hands-on role that is responsible for managing various HR initiatives. You will play a key role as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, identify challenges and opportunities, create efficiencies, and support business goals. This position requires a high degree of critical and logical thinking, attention to detail and creative problem solving.
Primary Duties:
- Independently develop and implement strategic change initiatives, HR programs & projects, policies & procedures for creating organizational efficiencies and strong employee engagement
- Handle the full cycle recruitment for the Clinical Team and Support Functions
- Lead the full cycle Leave of Absence (LOA) function and ADA Accommodation cases including tracking dates, documentation, employee & manager communications, system updates and staying compliant.
- Fully own the performance appraisal process including accurately tracking data, guiding employees and managers, handling compensation increases and notifications
- Provide advice to the leadership team on employment related matters such as LOA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Performance Management, Onboarding & Exit Survey data, any other company/HR Policy application
- Prepare reports, analyze data to identify trends, and present strategic decision-making ideas
- Be a trusted business partner and provide correct guidance to all levels of employees on a variety of HR functions
- Performs other assignments as directed by the Director of Human Resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience required
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle projects and programs in a variety of different HR functions from idea to implementation stage
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Prior experience of driving transformational improvements at increasing levels of complexity
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
