Mid - Sr. HR Generalist (West Coast hours)
LOCATION: Remote, hybrid open for local Phoenix candidates
SALARY RANGE: $70k-$80k + Benefits
SCHEDULE: M-F 8AM-5PM PST (West Coast Hours)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily HR operations of the organization including conducting and documenting investigations, HR systems and data management and employee relations
- The Sr. HR Generalist provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of HR issues
- Must maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws
- Investigate, interview, and resolve complex and critical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Escalate defined matters appropriately
- Partner with CPO or outside counsel by gathering and providing supporting documentation for various matters
- Make independent judgments and to act on decisions on a daily basis
- Identify and recommend appropriate process improvements to accomplish HR strategic goals
- Serve as point of contact and provide support, guidance and direction to management
- Perform, as needed, compilation, analysis, and review of case data to share significant issues, trends and concerns with HR business partners
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or related field strongly preferred
- HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) valid or in the process required
- 3 years of related HR experience preferably within the staffing industry
- Must have investigations/ legal laws knowledge and experience
- Strong interest in working with people of different professional and educational background
