Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resort Human Resources Director located in Northern Arizona. $120-$130K plus up to 30% bonus potential, 100% insurance benefit, relocation and transitional housing assistance.
The Resort Human Resources Director will be responsible for managing HR functions including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the director will be involved in recruiting, training, and developing resort staff to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) experience and expertise in developing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in a luxury resort located in Northern Arizona
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Independent Resort experience a plus
