Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes while supporting ongoing performance management and review cycles.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation across HR systems.
- Support compliance efforts by administering policies, procedures, and employment practices in alignment with applicable regulations.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration, responding to employee inquiries and ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and enhance training and development initiatives to support employee growth and company needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance improvement.
