Liberty plays a vital role in supporting programs across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment, outpatient services, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT). These programs emphasize individualized service planning, integrated care models, and collaborative, multidisciplinary team approaches.
As we continue to expand our East Coast operations, we are seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our mission, programs, and sustained growth.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment efforts across East Coast operations. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing the organization’s employer brand, and partnering with leadership to meet workforce demands in a fast‑growing, multi‑state environment.
The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and experienced in talent acquisition within human services, healthcare‑adjacent, or high‑volume recruiting environments.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, administrative, and program support roles
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Develop outreach strategies for hard-to-fill roles across multiple states
Candidate Screening & Selection
- Review, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications
- Present qualified candidate shortlists to hiring managers and leadership
- Participate in interviews and provide recommendations on candidate selection
Interview Coordination & Offer Management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; prepare interview materials for hiring teams
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and best practices
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on offers, including compensation, start dates, and employment terms
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Serve as a primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience
Collaboration & Employer Branding
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Liberty as an employer of choice
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR function
- Experience supporting multi-state or high-volume recruitment preferred
- Experience in human services, healthcare, or behavioral health-adjacent environments is a plus

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions
