We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and training. This role is responsible for ensuring HR operations run smoothly while aligning people strategies with overall business goals.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance daily HR operations with strategic initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, policy compliance, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR policies and HRIS data, supporting benefits and payroll processes, and driving engagement and culture initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and training
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and workforce planning
- Manage the employee lifecycle and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and support effective conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- PHR or SHRM Highly Preferred
- 5+ years of HR Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
