The Ash Group is hiring a HR Representative for our client, a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security. This is a 2-month contract working in Charlotte, NC (Onsite) offering a pay rate of $22.00 per hour based on skillset and you must be a US Citizen.
Role Details
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process and maintain employee data transactions, including new hires, terminations, leave absence dates, job and employee data changes, and other HR-related updates.
- Adhere to established data quality standards and guidelines, ensuring that all employee data is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational requirements and regulatory laws
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance data management, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
- Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to generate reports and complete templates to support HR business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of experience processing leaves and data transactions
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Technical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Workday, ADP, and other HR-related platforms is required
