Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team with a primary focus on driving our talent acquisition strategy. While you will handle traditional HR functions like employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, your main mission will be identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment (Primary Focus): Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our presence on social media and career sites to showcase our company culture.
- Onboarding: Lead the transition from "candidate" to "employee," ensuring a seamless day-one experience.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policy and resolving workplace issues.
- Compliance & Admin: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS data, and ensure all hiring practices meet legal standards.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with annual reviews and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to high-volume or specialized recruiting in the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "sell" the company vision to candidates.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in equitable hiring.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (SHRM/PHR certification is a plus).
