Human Resources Manager

Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in global, fast‑moving, highly regulated environments? This role offers the opportunity to shape the people strategy for a growing biomedical manufacturer operating within a global matrix across Europe and the Americas.
You’ll lead HR for multiple U.S. sites, build a high‑performing HR function, and partner directly with senior leadership—locally and internationally—to drive culture, talent, and organizational transformation.
What You’ll Lead
- Own and execute the HR strategy across the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with global HR to implement aligned policies, programs, and best practices
- Lead talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and succession
- Strengthen culture, engagement, retention, and internal communication
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and development for specialized talent
- Drive process improvement, shared services, and HR operational excellence
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations and organizational decisions
- Manage and develop a team of HRBPs, generalists, and a recruiter
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with 5+ in manufacturing
- Experience in biomedical or highly regulated environments (required)
- Strong background leading multi‑site HR operations
- Confidence and presence when partnering with senior leaders across countries
- Expertise in change management, culture transformation, and process design
- Strong ER experience and deep knowledge of U.S. employment law
- HRIS experience (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in fast‑paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree; SPHR/SHRM‑SCP preferred
