Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a global manufacturing organization to locate their next Director of Human Resources.
Location: Charlotte, NC (100% On-Site)
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base salary (plus bonus potential)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site with occasional travel between locations

What will your day look like?
• HR Strategy & Operations: Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and total rewards across multiple sites
• Change Management & Leadership Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding the organization through change, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
• Team & Culture Development: Lead and mentor the HR team while driving engagement, retention, and a strong, inclusive workplace culture
Who are you?
• Experienced HR Leader: 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with multi-site responsibility in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Change Agent: Proven ability to lead organizations through transformation, leadership transitions, and evolving business needs
• Influential & Hands-On: Strong leadership presence with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution
