LOCATION

On-site 5 days a week in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day HR function with oversight of employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, HR operations, and policy execution.
Manage and mentor a small HR team, helping drive consistency, development, and strong partnership across the business.
Serve as a senior point of contact for complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, and sensitive workplace issues.
Oversee benefits operations, vendor relationships, compliance, open enrollment, claims escalations, and broader plan administration.
Partner with leadership on HR reporting, systems optimization, compliance initiatives, and process improvements that support a positive and productive employee experience.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

HR leader with strong depth across employee relations, benefits operations, leave administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR leadership.
Experience supporting a fast-moving, operationally driven environment where responsiveness, sound judgment, and hands-on problem solving are critical.
Background leading or mentoring HR team members while also remaining close to the work and serving as a trusted resource to leaders and employees.
Analytical and systems-oriented professional who can use reporting, dashboards, and HR technology to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Preferred experience with UKG
Someone who brings both professionalism and empathy, with the ability to navigate change, support leaders, and help shape a collaborative and service-focused people function.
