Job Details
Lead the development, review, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Provide HR policy support within a professional services / legal services environment (preferred)
Identify gaps in existing HR processes and help define and implement thoughtful solutions
Review and update internal policies, including transitioning the cell phone reimbursement policy to a broader technology reimbursement policy
Serve as a trusted internal resource on HR policy matters for leadership and staff
Support general HR initiatives as needed while maintaining a primary focus on policy
Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure policies align with firm culture and long‑term goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–6 years of progressive HR experience
Background in legal services strongly preferred
Demonstrated desire for growth and development (not a senior-level or 20+ year career veteran)
Strong educational foundation:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
International education or experience is a plus
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are nice to have but not required
Not a purely operational generalist without formal HR education or training
Thoughtful, steady professional who values stability and long-term contribution
