Description:
As a HR Manager, you will be:

Advising managers on performance, employee relations, compensation, inclusion, and development
Supporting HR program rollouts, change management, and organizational effectiveness
Contributing to major projects like M&A and internal mobility initiatives
Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and policies
Collaborating with Centers of Expertise and People Partners to shape HR solutions

Qualifications:

4+ years of HR experience
Strong ER and project management skills
The ability to work independently and build strong partnerships across functions
A passion for delivering high-quality, consistent HR support in a dynamic, global environment

Project Overview :

HR Manager to support People Managers across North America. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor—coaching leaders, enhancing the employee experience, and driving the success of HR programs and people strategies across the organization.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: <Between $60 per hour > OR $62 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
