Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Human Resources Director, based in Westwood, CA. The Regional Human Resources Director will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, and handle employee relations across the designated region. Responsibilities include managing performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources management, including overseeing HR operations and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with experience implementing and maintaining these in multiple settings.
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management, fostering engagement and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
- In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are a plus.
- Previous multi-site HR experience within dynamic and diverse industries is highly desirable.
