About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our human resources function. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for people, processes, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Human Resources Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Drive performance management and employee development programs
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies
- Oversee disciplinary processes and employee grievances
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems
Compensation, Benefits & Development
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Lead coaching, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Design and implement learning and development programs
Culture & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
- Encourage collaboration, transparency, and open communication
Recruitment & Process Improvement
- Evaluate and improve recruiting systems, processes, and hiring strategies
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices
- Monitor recruiting metrics and deliver data-driven insights
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing full-cycle HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compliance)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR or related field
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
- Experience in Specialized Industrial Services | Infrastructure Maintenance & Rehabilitation
- Familiarity with HR analytics and digital HR tools
- Experience with systems such as Greenhouse, Vista, and ADP Workforce Now

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role operates primarily in an indoor office environment and is largely sedentary.
