Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support HR Business Partners and organizational leaders in delivering core HR initiatives. In this role, you’ll help build a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing work environment while ensuring HR programs are executed effectively across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners to support key HR programs including performance management, talent development, compensation, total rewards, and return‑to‑work processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support efforts that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Handle employee and labor relations activities such as investigations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies.
- Help identify training needs and support the development of programs that improve employee performance and professional growth.
- Deliver excellent HR support for major initiatives, projects, and customer‑facing needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred (3+ years), or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience partnering with legal teams, centers of excellence, and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
