A professional services firm is seeking an experienced HR leader for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Complete HR functions, including payroll coordination, employee relations, and PTO management
- Collaborate with team member to support daily HR operations
- Ensure accurate time tracking in a time-and billing-driven environment
- Monitor employee time entry
- Serve as the primary liaison with the company’s PEO handling payroll and benefits
- Facilitate communication between employees and the PEO
Qualifications:
- 3+ yeas of Human Resources experience
- Experience working in Accounting/Consulting/Legal
- Experience as an individual contributor
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
