As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will play a critical role in shaping, delivering, and continuously evolving human resources strategies that support the organization’s people and business objectives. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and execution of HR programs and processes across key areas, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
You will partner closely with senior leaders and management teams to understand business needs, translate strategy into people initiatives, and provide thought leadership that enables sustainable growth and a high-performing organization. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of HR strategies, programs, and policies that support business objectives across corporate and/or retail populations
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with organizational priorities, translating insights into clear action plans
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance across core HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, training and development, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Provide strategic oversight of compensation programs and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market practices, internal equity, and organizational performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, offering counsel, coaching, and support on sensitive employee relations matters, performance concerns, and organizational change
- Support managers in building and sustaining high-performing teams, identifying organizational needs, and developing strong talent pipelines
- Promote feedback culture and employee engagement initiatives that drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design, administer, and refine HR & Benefits programs and systems
- Lead and support training and development initiatives aligned with current and future talent needs
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, ensuring financial discipline and timely processing of invoices
- Monitor workforce data, headcount, and organizational metrics to support planning, reporting, and decision-making
- Build alignment and consensus across stakeholders to advance HR initiatives and change efforts
- Lead, develop, and support HR team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of ten (8+) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, with demonstrated success operating as a strategic partner to senior and executive leadership
- Degree preferred
- Experience leading broad HR functions across multiple disciplines, including organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and challenge senior leaders with credibility, discretion, and sound judgment
- Experience leading and developing high-performing, multifunctional teams through change, ambiguity, and growth
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex employee relations matters at the executive level, balancing risk management with business and cultural considerations
- Strong business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, workforce analytics, and cost management related to people strategies
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and with a global mindset
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level written and verbal communication, presentations, and facilitation
- Highly strategic, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively shape outcomes
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
