Our client is seeking an HRBP to support senior leaders across a dynamic, matrixed organization. This role will serve as a trusted HR advisor, partnering closely with business leaders and HR leadership to drive strategic people initiatives across talent, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can balance both strategic business partnership and hands-on people support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent and people strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance on organizational change, restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Support leaders with employee relations matters, team dynamics, and people-related challenges
- Use data and analytics to identify talent trends, diagnose issues, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with HR Managers and Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide HR solutions
- Support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
- Provide recruiting support and business input on talent selection when needed
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner / strategic HR role
- Experience supporting leaders through: Organizational change, Employee relations issues, Talent planning, and Change management
- Background in Insurance, Consulting, or Financial Services preferred
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at the executive level
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using data to support people and business decisions
