HR Director – Multi-Site Manufacturing (Confidential Client)
Location: Multi-site responsibility (4 locations)
Travel: ~25%

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a growing, diversified industrial organization to identify a strategic and hands-on HR Director to support a multi-site manufacturing business. This role sits on both the business leadership team and the broader HR leadership team, playing a critical role in aligning talent strategy with business performance.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you will influence organizational effectiveness, shape culture, and drive both operational and strategic HR initiatives across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while leading core HR functions across the business.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Align HR strategy with business objectives and operational priorities
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent risks
- Leverage data and metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, succession depth) to drive decisions
- Lead and execute HR initiatives tied to growth, performance, and engagement
- Support M&A activity including due diligence and integration
Talent & Organizational Development
- Build and execute talent strategies across hourly and professional populations
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
- Partner with leaders on capability building and workforce planning
- Lead total rewards processes, including compensation planning and alignment to performance
Employee & Labor Relations
- Foster a positive, engaged workforce through proactive employee relations strategies
- Provide guidance on complex employee matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Strengthen workplace culture through engagement and communication initiatives
Change Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a catalyst for change across systems, processes, and organizational initiatives
- Drive adoption of new tools, digital solutions, and HR process improvements
- Influence and engage stakeholders to sustain meaningful transformation
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- 7+ years of people leadership, including leading HR teams
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or industrial environments
- Exposure to global operations or complex, project-based businesses is a plus
