Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, within a hardware or software engineering environment.
- 3 years of experience negotiating complex compensation packages and facilitating applicants in an engaged tech talent market.
- Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be accountable for timely, end-to-end recruiting delivery against goals.
- Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) and applicants with delivery and experience based orientation.
- Manage strong partnerships with partner teams (e.g., computer engineering, technical education, scheduling).
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Advocate for the applicants and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
