Human Resources Director

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the full-spectrum HR function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategies that support the company’s next phase of growth and scaling.
Strengthen and optimize existing HR structures, policies, and processes to support a fast-evolving organization.
Oversee workforce planning and recruitment to ensure the organization can scale effectively while maintaining talent quality.
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws while managing employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven HR leadership experience in high-growth or scaling organizations (e.g., 10→100 or similar growth phases).
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, able to support cross-border communication and business needs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability; able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
