Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in New York, NY. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role will also involve coordinating training sessions, developing HR strategies, and implementing effective workplace policies. The HR Manager is expected to foster a positive and productive work environment consistent with the company’s core values and goals while optimizing employee satisfaction and overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of propoe management and employee relations
- Experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and team building
- Proficiency in HR software systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workplace policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to design and execute successful HR strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Prior experience in a blue collar industry is preferred
