Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across the organization, including domestic and international offices. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while also managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth and operational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Support international HR coordination to ensure alignment with local employment laws and corporate standards.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Investigate and resolve workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and applicable international employment laws.
- Maintain and update employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee HR audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Support HIPAA compliance training in collaboration with leadership.
Performance Management & Development
- Manage company-wide performance review processes.
- Develop leadership training and professional development programs.
- Implement succession planning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
- Manage annual benefits renewals and vendor relationships.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HRIS systems and personnel records.
- Provide leadership with workforce analytics and reporting metrics (turnover, hiring trends, engagement data).
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing HR functions in a multi-site organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments preferred.
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience coordinating HR functions internationally.
- Familiarity with remote workforce management.
