Schedule: Hybrid – 1 day in-office, 4 days remote
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage end-to-end payroll using iSolved for hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees
- Process accurate and timely biweekly payroll
- Lead annual open enrollment in partnership with the company’s benefits advisor
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees, addressing policies, benefits, and employee relations matters
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support administrative and compliance activities such as business licenses and HR recordkeeping
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Build trusted relationships across the organization as an approachable and professional HR leader
What We’re Looking For
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Minimum 3+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience
- Hands-on payroll experience with iSolved required
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build employee trust
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Notary Public designation preferred but not required
